Additionally, some of our team members have extensive home cooking experience and have worked with a wide range of kitchen cutlery at various price points.

EDC and Outdoor Knife Testing
For EDC (everyday carry) knives, we carry and use each knife for at least a couple of weeks, tailoring our testing methods to the specific knife’s intended purpose. We assess factory sharpness, perform everyday tasks like breaking down boxes and opening packages, and evaluate the knife’s overall performance and durability.
When it comes to outdoor, bushcraft, and survival knives, we take them on camping trips and use them for chopping, carving, hammering, skinning, and fire-starting. We also test how well the knives carry on a belt and how they hold up to the elements.
